I’m happy to share that I was recently interviewed by Caterina Della Torre for “Doll’s Magazine” on a topic that is particularly close to my heart: returning to work after maternity leave.
In the article “La Luna del Grano and back to work,” I had the opportunity to share my personal and professional experience. As a mother of four children, two born in Brussels during my work in European consulting and two in Italy as a freelancer, I know well the challenges faced in balancing family life and career.
I talked about my professional journey and how, after 15 years abroad, including 10 in roles of great responsibility, upon my return to Italy I obtained an international certification as a coach. From that moment, I began working primarily with women and mothers in phases of work transition or new fulfillment after maternity.
During the interview, I had the chance to present La Luna del Grano, the innovative benefit corporation startup that I co-founded in 2023. Our goal is to have a significant impact at the corporate and social level, offering companies packages of services, training, and consulting to include within their welfare measures to support new parents and families.
I proudly shared that our solution has already been chosen by large companies such as Unipol, Bacardi, Segafredo, and many others, which are carrying forward a virtuous cultural change in their organizations.
I also talked about my podcast ‘Career Moms’, repeatedly ranked first on Apple Podcast, where I address issues important to working mothers and offer insights on family-work balance.
The interview concludes with the announcement of a round table organized by La Luna del Grano, moderated by Anna Acquistapace, with exceptional speakers such as Valentina Fantuzzi, Antonio Oriolo, Giulia Rota Biasetti, and Monica Castagnetti.
I am truly satisfied with this opportunity that allowed me to share my passion for supporting new mothers in their professional journey, a theme that I pursue daily also through my individualized coaching sessions.
