I’m happy to share that I have officially joined the Manifesto for Gender Equality in the Italian Supply Chain promoted by Winning Women Institute, with my startup La Luna del Grano – Benefit Corporation!
As I stated in the LinkedIn post that was then shared by Sonia Malaspina: “Signing the Manifesto for Gender Equality in the Italian Supply Chain was an obvious choice for me from the first time I heard about it. This was several months ago, while I was talking about my Podcast ‘Career Moms’ at a conference.”
This step represents a truly significant moment for me. As the founder of La Luna del Grano, I have always felt like a witness to the cultural and structural revolution that Italy is facing towards Gender Equality, but it’s since signing the Manifesto that I truly feel like one of the protagonists of this change.
I am extremely proud to be part of this virtuous network and to actively participate in the tangible change that is happening in the Italian business fabric and, consequently, in Italian society. Every small step has a palpable domino effect, and together with my co-founder Sonia Zappitelli, I am determined to contribute to this cultural transformation.
My adherence to the Manifesto further strengthens my commitment to promoting inclusive company policies and supporting women, particularly new mothers, in their professional journey.
