I’m excited to share that I was once again a guest on a podcast, this time on “ONLY PODS – Podcasters Exposed,” where I had the opportunity to talk about my experience as a podcaster.
In the episode titled “Interview with Elisabetta Pesenti of Career Moms,” I shared my professional journey as a business and private coach, but also my adventure in the podcasting world with “Career Moms,” the podcast I created to guide working mothers in their return to work after maternity leave.
During the interview, I shared what being a podcaster means to me, what the challenges and satisfactions of this role are, and how I manage to balance it with my work as a coach and, of course, with my role as a mother of four children.
It was a wonderful opportunity to talk about “Career Moms” and how, through the podcast, I try to support other women who, like me, face the daily challenge of balancing career and family.
