I was recently featured in an interesting video interview for the “All-Female Coffee & Talk” format hosted by Teresa Spina, founder of BossWmn, a content creator dedicated to female entrepreneurship.
During this conversation, I had the opportunity to share my professional and personal journey, describing how I came to co-found La Luna del Grano, an innovative startup and benefit corporation dedicated to supporting parenthood in companies.
I talked about my experience as a Professional Coach certified by the International Coach Federation and my background in business consulting, both in Italy and abroad. I shared with Teresa the crucial moment in my professional life: the decision, after the birth of my fourth child, to leave the corporate world to dedicate myself to designing corporate coaching paths to support maternity and paternity.
During the interview, I delved into the conviction that guided me in this choice: the well-being of parents at work is an integral part of corporate welfare policies and represents a fundamental factor of cultural change in organizations.
I also shared how, together with my partner Sonia Zappitelli, we founded La Luna del Grano, creating a reality that offers companies packages of services, training, and consulting dedicated to supporting parenthood in the workplace. Our goal is to raise awareness on issues related to maternity and paternity, bringing real cultural change to the work world.
There was also a mention of my podcast “Career Moms,” aimed at all parents and repeatedly ranked first on Apple Podcast, through which I continue my mission of supporting women in the workplace.
The interview with Teresa was a valuable opportunity to reflect on my journey and share my vision of a more inclusive work world that is attentive to the needs of parents.
